Job Summary:

As a Lead Salesforce Sales Cloud Developer, you will:

• Lead technical design and development for Sales Cloud features.
• Build and maintain Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), flows, and external system integrations.
• Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Oversee Salesforce development lifecycle: source control, code reviews, CI/CD.
• Ensure platform data integrity, performance, and security.
• Stay updated on Salesforce platform enhancements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and work with North America teams, requiring evening availability.
• Mentor junior developers and enforce development best practices.

Required Skills:

Salesforce Sales Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, Salesforce APIs, SFDX, Git, Gearset, Flosum, CI/CD, Salesforce Architecture

Certifications Required:

Salesforce Platform Developer l, Developer II or Architect (preferred)

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of Salesforce development experience
• Strong experience in Sales Cloud
• Proficient in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs
• Hands-on with DevOps tools: SFDX, Git, Gearset or Flosum
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture
• Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification is required
• Effective communicator with both technical and non-technical teams
• Based in or near Bangalore, India, and open to occasional onsite work
